Named after the previous owners who also grew up in the house from a child, this large 3-room suite includes a King size sleigh bed with a sitting area and bathroom with a walk-in spa shower. This suite has a connecting sleeping porch which has a bed swing, a daybed, and a sitting area. It is located on the second floor and sleeps up to 4 guests. (Stair access only for this suite.)
There is a second room(additional $99 per night) that contains two twin beds with a door that can be unlocked and connected to the sleeping porch which connects it to the rest of this suite.

Jennifer LaPan
Jenny is a resident and native of Laurel, MS. During her educational journey, she studied briefly-(Semester Abroad) at the Cesar Ritz Hotelier in Bouvre, Switzerland. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Southern Mississippi. She went on to pursue her career as a Professional Meeting Planner for large hotel corporations. She worked for Ceasars Entertainment on the MS Gulfcoast and Las Vegas, Nevada as well as Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee. During her career she planned events and conventions for up to 10,000 attendees.
Since childhood, she has had a passion for hosting and planning parties. As she travelled and obtained experience, It became Jenny’s dream to one day open a Bed and Breakfast. When they purchased their current home, she knew her dream would finally come true. After much hard work and anticipation, Jenny’s Downtown Hideaway, LLC is opening in September 2023.
